Cîroc was established in 2003 in the south of France. Unlike most vodkas, it is distilled from French grapes: the grapes are made into wine, distilled four times in column stills, and finished with a fifth distillation in a copper pot still at Maison Villevert.

Cîroc is gluten-free and imported by Diageo.
